Singapore Aged: Whose Responsibility?

Video by: Jillyn Koh ( & Foo Wen Xin

Are Singaporean youths really impassive towards society issues?

We interviewed youths from Singapore (and one from Indonesia) on the streets to ask them whose responsibility is it to take care of the elderly, and what they can do now for the elderly around them.

We are currently doing a fund raising musical called POP! Musical, which aims to raise $5000 through ticketing sales for an old folks’ home in Singapore. The purpose of this musical is to create a platform for youths aged 18 to 25 to express memories of their youth through performing arts.

Date: 4 August 2012
Time: 3pm and 7pm
Location: Drama Centre @ NLB
