5 Amazon Reviews of Five Star Travel Singapore
I just bought the game and played it several times with adults and with 2nd, 3rd, and 5th graders. It is great fun and very simple to understand and play. The goal is to be the first to identify a match on a pair of cards and to call out out the name of the figure in common. It is exciting to spot the match, frustrating to know there is a match which one cannot see, and disappointing when one is beaten to the punch. The game keeps everyone engaged. All the children laughed as we played, and all wanted to play again and again. And the youngest (7) and oldest (65) of us were winners. What more could one want for a summer game at the beach?!! If you lose a card or two the game is still just as good. By Alice Watercress
Automatic Transformer Adapter 500W 110v/220v 220v/110v
At half the size of comparable step-down/step-up transormers, this is an excellent piece of kit that auto-senses what voltage it is connected to and provides the alternate output. Following the guidance of having approximately twice the power capacity of your intended equipment, this 500Watt unit does not hum or buzz, has no excessive heat and is currently running my 240V UK Hi-Fi (Amp, CD and turntable) at 300Watts from a US 110V supply without any drama. I have also used it to run my wife's 240V sowing machine without any problems. It's small size helps to hide it away behind furniture, but if you can't hide it, its not obtrusive. Its power cable came with a moulded euro 2-pin plug fitted, which I replaced with a standard US plug. By Mr. Paul Meeghan
Cetaphil UVA/UVB Defense Spf 50 Facial Moisturizer, 1.7-Ounce (Pack of 2), Packaging May Vary
|This is a very good sunscreen product, and very straight forward. It has an impressive amount of effective sunscreen ingredients in a standard lotion base. There are no bells and whistles. It's sunscreen without fragrance, so it's suitable for men and women. My face is oily and my neck is normal. This is somewhat heavy on my face, but not surprisingly so, given the high degree of protection. It is not heavy on my neck at all. It does leave a bit of a white cast which seems to fade as the skin absorbs the product. No one has called me Casper yet, so I don't think anyone has noticed. Neither the whiteness nor the heaviness are deal-breakers for me. They're a very minor tradeoff for a good sunscreen. This is worth trying no matter your skin type, and I will use this product again. |Anker® Astro E4 13000mAh Portable High Capacity Dual-Port External Battery Pack Power Bank Backup Charger for iPhone 5S, 5C, 5, 4S, 4 (Apple adapters not included), Mini, iPods, Samsung Galaxy S4, S3, S2, Note 2, HTC One, EVO, Thunderbolt, Incredible, Droid DNA, Motorola ATRIX, Droid, Google Glass, Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10, LG Optimus - White|
This battery pack is beautifully packaged with white case with a silver band around it. It is a powerful battery pack rated at 13,000 mAh of capacity and capable of charging two devices simultaneously. I put together a video of the unit and the test results for your review. The white exterior shell looks fantastic and does not show fingerprints. The battery weighs in at 10 5/8 ounces. The battery pack has two USB output ports that output 5 VDC at 1 Amp and the second one outputs 5 VDC at 2 Amps. This is ideal to allow you to charge two devices at the same time and one of them can be a tablet. During the testing the temperature of the battery pack never even exceeded ambient room temperature. To start your device charging you connect it with the proper cable and press the battery pack's power button and charging starts. The charging will stop automatically when your device is fully charged or the battery pack is depleted. This battery pack also features a LED flashlight built in that can stay on for up to 600 hours when the battery is fully charged. This is ideal for when you travel to have an emergency light in a hotel room, when looking for your keys or when in a dark movie theater. This product is very good and I rate it at 5 stars. I was able to get 75.5% of the battery's rated capacity out of it in my testing and that is very good. If you are a business person or a student and have to depend on your tablet or smart phone for long periods of time without the ability to get to an AC power source then this is a good battery to own. This is good for those who travel a lot or camp out. Now you can watch your movies or listen to your music on those long airline flights... By jjceo (jjceo@comcast . net)
Belkin Ultimate Wireless Keyboard and Case for iPad 2, 3rd Gen and 4th Gen with Retina Display
Oh my goodness, I love this thing! I've used three different regular cases, a mini bluetooth keyboard, and a keyboard/case combo. I did not expect this to be vastly different from the other keyboard case that I tried. First of all, this is a hard case. It does not flex. The other keyboard case that I tried was rigid/stiff, but it could flex a tiny bit. That means that when closed, part of the keyboard could make contact with the iPad screen. Maybe that's nothing, but I don't like anything that isn't soft touching the iPad's screen. This case was built with close tolerances. When closed, the keyboard comes very close to the screen, but does not touch it. If you hold it up to the light, you can see the tiny separation. If you don't believe your eyes, you will find that you can slide a sheet of paper between the keyboard and iPad when the case is closed. The bluetooth syncing/linking was easy. Also, there is no physical switch to turn the keyboard off and on like there was on my other keyboard case. The keypad is engaged when the keyboard is in one of its three possible reclining positions. The case magnetically "snaps" into one of the three reclining positions. Snap it out and bluetooth goes off. No more worrying that you forgot to turn off the bluetooth switch. There are two trade-offs. A trade-off is not a flaw. It is a feature whose existence means that something else is necessarily lost or diminished. For some, trade-offs are good, and for others not so good. For me, both trade-offs are good. Trade-off #1: The sound deflector over the speakers directs sound toward the user. It amplifies it a little and also makes it quieter for those who are not in front of the device. A larger deflector (including your own cupped palm) does the job better, but then it would look ugly and get in the way. I prefer a deflector that does a moderate job but is unobtrusive and looks good. That's better than one that works great but looks like a bullhorn stuck on your case. Trade-off #2: The case is not hinged. That means it does not open predictably like a book. The two portions of this case are "tethered" together by a strong, wide, and thin material. This makes it easier for butterfingers to fumble with, but it allows the case to do something that a hinged case cannot do. You can flip the keyboard section in back of the iPad section with the keys facing away from you or toward you. In this configuration, the sections are "stacked". It's like folding a magazine so that the rest of the magazine is behind the page you are reading. But a magazine is hinged. The part folded back is always facing away from you. Another way to say it is that you can flip the keyboard directly behind and parallel to the iPad, with the keys facing away from or toward the iPad. I much prefer the keys to be facing toward the iPad. That way, my fingers are contacting the smooth outer case instead of the keys on the keyboard. Bravo. I like this tethering feature, even if it does require one to be a little more careful. How about the feel of the keyboard? No complaints. Scratching? I tend to treat my electronic stuff with care. But I'm not a fanatic about it. I do a normal amount of sliding it around (metal side down) on tables and such. There is no scratching that I can see. While in the library using my iPad to do word processing with Pages 09, I felt like taking a break and browsing a bit. I wondered if I could stand it up in portrait orientation. I expected it to utterly fail as it was not designed to do this. But much to my delight, it can stand up on its side. Sure, it stands vertically (can't tilt the screen), but I tend to slink down in my chair when I relax so it was no problem! Finally, this case looks good. It looks cool. It's slimmer than even the non-keyboard cases I've used. The smooth finish and the perfect way it mates up with the iPad is something to admire. I have an urge to show it off. OK, it's more than just an urge - I show it off whenever the I get the chance :-) By A. D. Lum
